Samantha (Year 10) and her City of Leeds synchronised swimming club team-mates won silver medals at the recent Scottish National Age Groups tournament

- Samantha came 25th out of 68 on technical ability
- Synchronised Swimming is a Summer Olympics Sport
- It demands advanced water skills, and requires great strength, endurance, flexibility, grace, artistry and precise timing, as well as exceptional breath control when upside down underwater
Year 10 student and swimmer Izzy Goodwin continues to impress. In August, Izzy competed in the British Swimming Championships in Glasgow and won a total of six medals.
