Congratulations to all our Year 13 students whose two years’ of hard work reached a well-deserved conclusion with another great set of A level results.  128 students between them achieved over 350 passes, an average point score per student of 878 and with 38% A*-B grades.  These results have enabled them to take up places at university as well as embark on careers such as accountancy or in the armed forces.

Next year our young people will be studying a diverse range of subjects, from aeronautical engineering and archaeology through materials engineering and oceanography to philosophy and veterinary medicine.  And their studies will take them across the UK from Glasgow to Southampton and Liverpool to Newcastle, with a number also going to London.  We wish all our students every success as they embark on the next exciting stage of their lives.
