The main proposed change is the introduction of a new oversubscription criteria ‘members of an Eastern Christian Church’ as requested by the Bishops Conference of England and Wales (Appendix ii and Appendix iii).
A further change has been made to category 1 in the oversubscription criteria. You will note that all Catholic looked after children are included in one category.
