St. Mary's Menston take part in the 81st Diocese of Leeds Pilgrimage to Lourdes
On Wednesday 3 July 2019, Sixth Form student Tom Allan was awarded The Barbara Ward Award at the Celebrating Young People Awards Ceremony held at the Curzon Cinema in London’s West End.
The schools in The Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust fundraised for and participated in the Bishop’s annual Good Shepherd Celebration at St. Anne’s Cathedral on Friday 24 May 2019.
Preparations have included regular Friday afternoon sessions, sometimes in wet and windy conditions. There will be a whole-school non-uniform day in July to collect as much sponsorship money as possible.
Year 7 students have been working extremely hard making Jesse Tree Decorations for Advent
A Stewardship Faith Morning was held in school on Tuesday 11 December for all students in Year 7 and 8.

The Feast Day Mass took place on Thursday 20 July in our Sports Hall. The theme was "God is Love."
Twenty five Year 12 students recently took part in the annual Holy Island Retreat. The group, accompanied by Mrs Carmichael, Mr Smickersgill and Mr Cliffe, stayed on the island for two nights.
