2015 Results

St. Mary's (2015) Key Stage 4 results as published by the Secretary of State:

  • 70% of pupils achieved level 5+ A*– C GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths GCSEs
  • 40% of pupils achieved the English Baccalaureate
  • 74% of pupils achieved at least the minimum expected levels of progress in English between Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 4
  • 68% of pupils achieved at least the minimum expected levels of progress in Maths between Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 4

  • Average point score per student: 878
  • 38% of entries gaining grades A* to B

2014 Results
 

St. Mary’s 2014 Key Stage 4 results as published by the Secretary of State:

  • 76% achieving level 5+ A*– C GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths GCSEs (FIRST ENTRY)
  • 50% achieving the English Baccalaureate
  • 73% of pupils making expected progress in English
  • 78% of pupils making expected progress in Maths

Students from St. Mary's Menston Catholic Academy collected their exam results on the morning of Thursday 21 August 2014.

  • Average point score per student: 895
  • Average point score per entry: 210
  • 90% achieved 3 or more passes at A*–E
  • 52% of entries gaining grades A* to B (not including General Studies)
  • 48% of entries gaining grades A* to B (including General Studies)

2013 Results

St. Mary’s 2013 Key Stage 4 results as published by the Secretary of State:

  • 85% achieving level 5+ A*– C GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths GCSEs
  • 37% achieving the English Baccalaureate
  • 82% of pupils making expected progress in English
  • 9% of pupils making expected progress in Maths

As St. Mary's students collected their exam results on Thursday 22 August 2013, staff at the school were delighted with the results which saw 85% of students achieve 5 A*– C including English and Maths. The school is also delighted that over 34% of entries achieved were at A or A*.

  • 93% achieved 3 or more passes at A*–E A-level

  • 89% achieving level 5+ A* – C GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths GCSEs
  • 42% achieving the English Baccalaureate
  • 80% of pupils making expected progress in English
  • 91% of pupils making expected progress in Maths

  • Average point score per student: 892
  • 95% of our Year 13 students achieved 3 or more passes at A-level or equivalent


2011 Results

St. Mary’s 2011 Key Stage 4 results as published by the Secretary of State:

  • 86% achieving level 5+ A* – C GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths GCSEs
  • 43% achieving the English Baccalaureate
  • 80% of pupils making expected progress in English
  • 91% of pupils making expected progress in Maths

In 2011, St. Mary’s achieved the highest GCSE and A-level results in Leeds.

In 2011, the A-level results were in the top 200 nationally.
