Annual National Altar Servers Mass

On Saturday 17 May the Annual National Mass Altar Servers took place bringing together as many Altar Servers as possible. Young and old and their families and clergy to grow in faith, service and friendship. Pictured here with the Bishop of Lancaster are Roberta Campbell and Daniel Harris, Year 7 pupils who serve in their Parish of Ss Peter and Paul, Yeadon and here in school. A former student of St Mary’s is also pictured here, Liam Hirst. Roberta and Daniel said of their day, ‘it made us realise how many other Altar Servers there are, and it made us proud to be Altar Servers. It was one big friendly family’.
