In-Year Transfer

From time to time we have places available for in-year transfer, to join us in Years 7-11. 

In-year entry is overseen by Leeds Local Authority and information and documentation can be found here:

Additionally, we require a Supplementary Information Form (SIP) to be completed.  This form (available below) should be returned to Mrs Leigh Leversha, St Mary's Admissions Officer, at St Mary's Catholic Voluntary Academy, Bradford Road, Menston, LS29 6AE or on l.leversha@stmarysmenston.org A copy of the applicant's Baptismal Certificate should also be included with the SIP where applicable.
